Lenten Retreat

In one week, Christians around the world will receive the imposition of ashes as part of the liturgy and remembrance of Ash Wednesday. This begins the liturgical season of Lent.

Lent is a season where we give up something to make more space It is about seeing more clearly. Listening more closely. Seeking after God more whole-heartedly.

Local friends, I still have a few spaces left at my Lenten Retreat which will be on Thursday, February 23– in person, on the farm– from 7-9pm.

And if you are unable to attend (due to schedule or proximity), I will be sharing some of the guide for reflection in my newsletter.

May we not fear death but hold this as perspective.

Remembering our humanity, from dust to dust;

May we hold on to hope,

forged and hard won through the wilderness

May we find our identity and purpose in the One who has created and called us,

trusting the process of growth and the hope of transformation.

May it be so.
